Additional information

Check-in from 14.00 o'clock - Check-out until 10.00 o'clock.
Prices are per day plus tourist tax 2,00 €/day from the age of 16.
Additional final cleaning per apartment at departure € 45,- to € 70,-.
Surcharge for short stays up to 3 nights € 10,- per person and day.
Surcharge for Christmas, February weeks, Easter, July and August.
Reduction for children on request, extra bed € 15,- per day.
For fixed reservations we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price (by invoice), balance of the booking price on arrival in cash (no card payment possible).
In case of late arrival we charge 100% of the room price from / until the agreed date.
Cancellation up to 12 weeks before arrival - Free of charge.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival - 40% of the total price.
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival - 70% of total price.
Last week cancellation - 90% of the total price.
We charge the cancellation fee according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Act!
